Elizabeth Holmes Tragically Forgets to Include “Not Investment Advice” in Twitter Bio: Convicted of Fraud

Former Theranos CEO tragically forgot to include “Not Investment Advice” in her Twitter bio, leading to a slam dunk conviction on four fraud charges.

“This could have been easily avoided if Holmes had just put ‘not investment advice’ in her Twitter bio,” said Columbia Law Professor Dave Remington. “Even ‘not advice’ would have sufficed.”

Holmes faces years in prison after her conviction, where some speculate she may launch a cryptocurrency called “BloodToken”.
